The 2013 CrossFit Games is underway, and it is incredible. The most exciting thing for me is watching the team events. Our friends from Dallas, CF Dallas Central, currently sit atop the leader board after day 1. We’ll be screaming for them to continue to crush it this weekend.

Get outside. Swim for a bit, jog for a bit, do some stuff. Enjoy yourself.
When you get home, get on a foam roller or trigger point kit for 20-30 min.
