EMOM X 6: Alternate between 2 Strict HSPU and 4 Kipping HSPU.

Notes: All HSPU are to be done on 45s for men, 25s for women, with an AbMat between your plates. Plates must touch both the AbMat and the wall.

    B) 5 strict HSPU’s/halved the numbers to keep everything tight and work on skill/6 kipping HSPU’s.
    Shoulders dead.
    C) 2 rounds + 1DU/2 rounds + about 140m run/1 round + 6 TTB– got a little crazy in the big box.

    C) 2+30 DU/1+200? (new gym. All the guys told me that 200 m was to the dirt road in the cotton field and started laughing when I started the wod. Pretty sure it was a 400 and they were fucking with me…)/1+5 TTB.
