Happy Birthday to our very own Karen Pierce. Karen is one of the best athletes that CrossFit Central has and continues to improve daily and weekly. A year ago Karen had trouble stringing together even two muscle-ups. Today 2 is the minimum. She is one strong woman, and a pleasure to train with. Thanks Karen.

AM: Accumulate 30 minutes of light swimming. Get comfortable in the water and make it feel easy. Rest throughout.
PM: 20 minutes of foam rolling problem areas & then soak in an Epsom Salt Bath for at least 10 minutes. Epsom Salt. Not Bath Salts.
