    did it solo no music phone dead and no sense of time. listened to my body the whole time. video to prove it.

    A) did gobblet squats instead with a band around my knees standing about 6 inches infront wall/pole trying not to touch it with my ass. 5X10@16K – learning to use less of my hamstrings when I squat
    B) lowered rack 3 holes down from normal and loaded the bar with 195 ( 1RM of HBBS is 170) squated under bar with hips directly under and stood up focusing on using my ass and not hamstrings 4×5
    C) 12:20 – 105# with jumping MU
