    B) 1/4 squats – drop the rack 3 from normal position and load 120% – stand it up with hips directly under the bar 5×5
    C) skipped the burpees and did pullups, comming off the bar after each one – made it to 70 before my hand ripped, decided to stop there, I think the time was around 7 minutes but not 100% sure
