Week 12 Training: 13.09.26

Recovery Day

A) 30 minutes of swimming done at a conversation pace”. This is not to be done “for time” or “hard”. Relax and enjoy.

B) 20 minutes of soft tissue work and/or mobility work.

C) 20 minute Epsom Salt bath soak.
