EMOM x 5: 2 Snatch @ 80%
2 min AMRAP Snatch @ 80%
Rest exactly 10 minutes, then:
-20, 40, 60 m Shuttle Sprint
Rest for the remainder of the 2 minutes.
Notes: Start a new round every 2 minutes – record your time for each round – each round should be AS FAST and AS HARD as possible. 100% effort 😉
