Finally settled in after what seems like 24 hours of traveling… Oh wait, it was. Lulz.

Since it’s 10:30pm here, I know it’s 2:30pm in Austin – so you’ll be getting your posts a wee but earlier than normal. I’m sure all of you are fine with that.

Week 14: Training 13.10.07

A. Barbell

EMOM x 5: 2 Snatch @ 80%
Then:
2 min AMRAP Snatch @ 80%

Rest exactly 10 minutes, then:

B. Conditioning

5 rds:
-20, 40, 60 m Shuttle Sprint

Rest for the remainder of the 2 minutes.

Notes: Start a new round every 2 minutes – record your time for each round – each round should be AS FAST and AS HARD as possible. 100% effort 😉
