    A) 155/160/165/170/175(f)/175(f)/170/170/170/175(f) – i wasn’t pulling straight up and was catching 175 out in front of myself.

    B) 1:40/1:30/1:38/1:36/DNF – on round 5 I let my inner weakness take over and I only did 7 reps on the KB swing and some how thought it was time to switch to DU – 😦 – only did 5 rounds to keep up w/ class

    C) 41.75/43.75/43.38/43.88/42.12/43.76

    I really appreciated having a clear and easy path to run the 200m sprints. My times were much more consistent then when we were at RB

    Snatches felt good. Real quick under the bar. Conditioning felt slow. Sprints didn’t really happen..
