Randy Atkinson. Feast your eyes.

I am extremely proud to call Randy one of my athletes. He is a true student of movement, an amazing husband and a great friend. His improvement over the past year has been beyond any hope of mine (or his). He is without a doubt one of our most dedicated athletes, and the results simply speak for themselves.

From difficulty snatching 95#… to snatching 215# weekly. From a mediocre front squat in the mid-200’s… to a solid 335#. His secret is simple: Consistency.

Week 15 Training: 13.10.17

No prescription today.

Do what makes you happy and will prepare you for Friday and Saturday. You’ve all put in a tremendous effort over the last 3 days, and now is the time to recover. Eat well, drink well and sleep well.
