Barbell

A. 5 minute transition, then 15 minutes to establish a 1-RM Snatch

B. 5 minute transition, then 15 minutes to establish a 1-RM Clean & Jerk

C. 3 rounds for time:
-400m run
-20 Wall Balls @20/14
-10Hang Power Cleans @ 185/125

    B. 285# clean, missed jerk twice
    C. Got through all but last round of cleans at 10 minute cap.

    Snatch – 245 +5PR
    Clean – 295, got 315 clean which is a PR, failed the jerk.
    Cond – 9:55
