A solid two days of training.

There were many PRs, lots of breakthroughs, and plenty of solid lifting and conditioning from our most experienced athletes (Brandon, Jeff, Reid, Jaime, Ingrid, Chelsea) as well as some of our “newer” athletes (Lizi, Taylor, Brooke, Kelli P, Leah, Jeff T, Matt C).

These 4 lifts take top honors:

The top 2 Men’s & 2 Women’s PR Lifts for the day. Congrats — you’ve earned it.

Jake Whitefield: 250# (PR)

Brandon Mayernik: 275# (PR)

Chelsea Ross: 130# (PR)

Ingrid Kantola: 160# (PR)

Recovery Day

-Consume 1 Gallon of Water Throughout the Day

-20 Minute Swim @ CP

-20 Minute Foam Roll/Trigger Point Problem Areas

-20 Minute Epsom Salt Bath

-20 Minute Walk at a Brisk Pace

    What blows my mind is that Jake’s and Brandon’s arms are actually slightly bent when they reach full extension.
