A solid two days of training.
There were many PRs, lots of breakthroughs, and plenty of solid lifting and conditioning from our most experienced athletes (Brandon, Jeff, Reid, Jaime, Ingrid, Chelsea) as well as some of our “newer” athletes (Lizi, Taylor, Brooke, Kelli P, Leah, Jeff T, Matt C).
