Week 22 Training: 13.12.04
This week is a segue into the next 6 weeks. Make sure you stay on top of your recovery and do any and everything necessary to be ready to go on Thursday.
Drink approximately 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of H2O.
Get 8 hours of sleep tonight and tomorrow night.
20-30 minute swim (@Barton Springs with the Crew at 6:00 AM).
20-30 minutes of light full ROM movement.
15-20 minute Epsom Salt Bath.
