Notes: For this conditioning piece, run 800m, recovery walk 1 minute, run 800m. However long it takes you to complete this first half — rest the same amount of time (if it takes 8 minutes, rest for 8 minutes). Then do the same thing again to finish your conditioning for the day.

    I woke up from a nightmare to find a nightmare in truth. I had slept through my gym time. I tried to console myself by putting in another day of hard manual labor moving gym equipment around, but I’m still pretty sad about this.
