Week 23 Training: 13.12.11
Lots of squats. Lots of shoulders. Time to repair.
Make sure you are recovering with FULL DROM movement. Stay on top of your soft tissue work. Sleep is your #1 priority. Water is your #2 priority. Food is your # 3 priority. Everything else comes somewhere after that…
Other things to do:
*Swim 20-30 minutes.
*Take a 15 minute Epsom Salt Bath.
*Move in 3 planes of motion:
1) Sagittal Plane: Forwards/backwards.
2) Frontal Plane: Laterally right/left.
3) Transverse Plane: Rotating both directions.
Mobilize and move in all three and you’ll find yourself feeling more refreshed come Thursday.
