Week 23 Training: 13.12.11

Recovery Day

Lots of squats. Lots of shoulders. Time to repair.

Make sure you are recovering with FULL DROM movement. Stay on top of your soft tissue work. Sleep is your #1 priority. Water is your #2 priority. Food is your # 3 priority. Everything else comes somewhere after that…

Other things to do:

*Swim 20-30 minutes.

*Take a 15 minute Epsom Salt Bath.

*Move in 3 planes of motion:

1) Sagittal Plane: Forwards/backwards.

2) Frontal Plane: Laterally right/left.

3) Transverse Plane: Rotating both directions.

Mobilize and move in all three and you’ll find yourself feeling more refreshed come Thursday.

    Decided to skip Barton Springs today and go for the indoor heated pool today. Need to bring goggles next time. Thanks to Lubke & Ross for taking us.
