D. 4 Rounds, Not For Time:

-8 Bulgarian Split Squats @ 35/20# (4R / 4L) – Hold one dumbbell in the overhead position in the right hand when working the right leg, hold it in the overhead position in the left hand when working the left leg.
-8 Broad Jumps
-8 Turkish Get Ups @ 24/16 (4R / 4L)
-8 Weighted Hip Extensions – Medium

    Strength: 1rm snatch – 100 (5# pr)! Finally hit 100 – only took me 2 months geeez.

    1.5 mile run
    15 burpees
    15 pull ups
    15 box jumps
    15 wall balls
    50 sit ups
    50 air squats
    50 jumping lunges
    5 rope climbs
