Barbell

A. Snatch: 1×2@50, 1×2@65, 2×1@75 – E60S,  5×1@80 – E90S

B. Clean and Jerk: 1×2@50, 1×2@65, 2×1@75 – E60S, 5×1@80 – E90S

Strength

C.  Front Squat: 2@60, 2@70, 6×2@75 – E90S

Conditioning

D. 800m “Power Walk”, 1K Row at Conversation Pace

Notes: Yes, I know this does not seem “hard”. It is not supposed to be. Use it as recovery and get in and out of the gym in an hour. 

Durability

E. Half Moon: 3×15 @ 20/16 Kg
