Jaime S prepping for the weekend.

This weekend, Jaime will compete at her very first competition, the TX State Weightlifting Championship in Dallas! I’m stoked to be able to coach her and watch her lift this weekend – if you’re free on Saturday, she will be lifting at 7:00 PM. Wish her luck (not that she needs it :-)).

Week 28 Training: 14.01.17


A. 3 rounds, for quality:

-5/5 Single-Leg RDL @ Single 45/25# Dumbbell
-5 Strict Toes to Bar
-5/5 Bulgarian Split Squat @ Single 45/25# Dumbbell
-5 Strict Ring Dips


B. 3 rounds, each for time:

-14 KBS @ 32/24
-7 Muscle Ups
-14 GHD Situps
-Rest 2 Minutes

    No WOD today, but I went full primal and took Woodhouse to the Greenbelt for a few hours. Felt great!
