This is the one big competition we’ve been preparing for since the end of last year’s season. It’s the last chance to prove yourself before the beginning of this season. Play within yourself, but play BIG. Don’t leave anything on the competition floor. Show them what you are capable of.

Fittest Games Competitors:
Spend between 30-60 minutes today doing what will get you prepared for this weekend’s Fittest Games. Move, mobilize, squat, lift – whatever will get the blood flowing and the muscles warm. Do not tax yourself. Do not do high-percentage weights or high-rep sets… unless that is what you need to get yourself ready.
Get in, get focused, and get out. Visualize, prepare, execute.
