Surprise of the day: C Wingrove. Like a boss.

Today was a fun day in the gym. Y’all had the chance to do something new (or infrequently practiced) and also got to test yourselves against others while working hard.

Well… at least it was fun for me to watch.

If nothing else, today was a day that might have exposed some new chinks in your armor. Lack of mobility and/or stability in the shoulder girdle will keep you from hitting a CGOHS. The reads and ploy pushups gave you a chance to pick up some heavy shit and hit your chest hard (100 pushups enough?) and the auxiliaries showed us that some are weak in the hamstrings and that some are weak and unstable in the hip girdle when moving in 3-planes.

More things to work on.

Notes: Take your right knee to left elbow and then left elbow to right knee (that would be 2 reps).
