Week 33 Training: 14.02.22
A. Front Squat/Back Squat: 2 x 7/13 @ 75 – E8M
Notes: This should be read as 2 sets of 7 front squats directly into 13 back squats at 75 % of your 1-RM front squat. In other words, if your 1-RM front squat is 300#, you will front squat 225# for 7 reps, and then transition IMMEDIATELY into 13 back squats at the same weight. You may rack the bar to transition. Start a new set every 8 minutes.

15 Box Jump @ 24/20 – Mandatory Step Down
12 Push Press @ 115/75

Notes: TREAT TODAY AS A “MOCK OPEN WORKOUT”. This is Open Workout 12.3, but with a mandatory box jump step down. Treat this as an Open workout: have someone judge you and count for you — YES they should no-rep you if it is a no-rep. If you plan on filming yourself during the Open, film yourself today. Do everything you will do next weekend, but do it today. How will you warm-up? How will you strategize? Try to simulate as best you can for next week. Post reps to score.
