-4 Box Jumps @ 30/24″

B. 5 rounds for time – AFAP:

-10 KBS @ 32/24
-10 Hand-Release Burpees to 45# Plate

C. 3 rounds not for time:

-ME: Strict HSPU @ 25 Plates + AbMat
-8: Dual DB Bent Over Row+Rotation – AHAP
-8: PERFECT Push-Ups
-1/1: 2-Rep Box Step-Up Matrix w/ Barbell Overhead @ 45/35
