Notes: Focus on technique here is imperative. Technical execution trumps weight lifted.

    A) EMOM 10min- 2 Clean first pull’s with 2 sec pause + 1 Tall clean.
    Worked up to 185
    B) 7 min Amrap- 350 reps
    50 DUs
    10 Deadlifts (135#)
    10 box (18″) step ups (135#)

    -5 min rest-

    C) 4 min Amrap- 29 reps
    3 Clean and Jerk (185#)
    6 ring dips

    A)205/215/225/235(–ff)/230(–ff) legs were shot today and I kept pushing the bar out forward. Right foot still doesn’t like the split jerk.
    B) Done sub’d good mornings for muscle ups after I got a good rub from one on the left arm. But I got a double in before that happened. Wh00t.
