Week 37 Training: 14.03.17

Every 90 Seconds x 5 Sets:
A1. 10 Toes to Bar
A2. 3 Hang Snatch (just below the knee) @ 65%

Notes: You will perform 1 set of both movements every 90 seconds. Transitions between movements should be as smooth as possible. Each set should be performed as fast as possible, but also with the highest quality movement. Choose virtuosity over speed.

Every 2 Minutes x 5 Sets:
B1. 10 Hip Extensions
B2. 4/6 Front/Back Squat @ 50%

Notes: You will perform 1 set of both movements every 2 minutes. Transitions between movements should be as smooth as possible. Each set should be performed as fast as possible, but also with the highest quality movement. Choose virtuosity over speed.

C. “J.T.”

21-15-9:

-HSPU (on 25# bumpers w/an AbMat)
-Ring Dips
-Hand-Release Push-ups

Notes: You may kip the HSPU and the Ring Dips. You may not kip the HR Push-Ups.
