A. Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes:

1: 5 Deadlifts @ 65%, 10 Burpees to 45# Plate
2: 4 Deadlifts @ 65%, 8 Burpees to 45# Plate
3: 3 Deadlifts @ 65%, 6 Burpees to 45# Plate
4: 2 Deadlifts @ 65%, 4 Burpees to 45# Plate
5: 1 Deadlifts @ 65%, 2 Burpees to 45# Plate
6: 5 Deadlifts @ 65%, 10 Burpees to 45# Plate
7: 4 Deadlifts @ 65%, 8 Burpees to 45# Plate
8: 3 Deadlifts @ 65%, 6 Burpees to 45# Plate
9: 2 Deadlifts @ 65%, 4 Burpees to 45# Plate
10: 1 Deadlifts @ 65%, 2 Burpees to 45# Plate

Priority: Speed and Quality of Movement

B. 3 x 6/6: Anterior/Posterior Lunges – Barbell on Back, you may take the bar from a rack – Weight: Go By Feel – Every 3 Minutes

Priority: Quality of Movement. If you can go heavy, go heavy. If you can’t, then scale back on the load.

C. 3 Rounds, Not For Time:

-10 Weighted Depth Pushups
-2 x Common Lunge Matrix @ 35/25# in each hand
-10 Weighted Ring Rows

Priority: Quality of Movement
