C. 14.5 Prep

    steady at 7,7,7;6,6,6;5,5,5;4,4,4;3,3,3;6;3
    I pretty much kept the same pace throughout. my break was crossing out my chalk number and putting chalk on my hands after each set and back on the bar.
    I used my arms very little going down into my burpee – sort of rolled down onto the ground to preserve my shoulders for thrusters.
