This week will be a de-load and assessment week. We need a little less volume and intensity after the past 7 weeks of hard work, and you all need to assess how your bodies are holding up.
For some of you, the season is over — for others of you, the season has just begun. We will have individuals and a team at Regionals, so no matter who you are, we expect that you will continue to show up day in and day out and push the athletes who will be competing at Regionals. They will need your energy and your support; we will need a team… and the bigger, the better.
