Week 40 Training: 14.04.08

A. 4 Rounds, Each For Time:

-8 Back Squats @ 65% – As FAST As Possible
-200m Sprint – As FAST As Possible

Notes: Start a new round every 5 minutes on the 5 minutes.

B. For Time:

-50 Burpees
-25 Front Squats @ 245/170
-50 Burpees

C. For Reps:

3 x ME Unbroken TTB – Start a New Set Every 3 Minutes

D. Recovery:

-1K Row @ Conversation Pace
-2 Hip Mobility Drills of Your Choice
