A. Snatch EMOM x 10:
Min 1: 2@50
Min 2: 2@55
Min 3: 2@60
Min 4: 2@65
Min 5: 2@70

Min 7: 1@80
Min 8: 1@85
Min 9: 1@90
Min 10: 1@95

Notes: Today, all of the doubles are meant to be touch and go reps.

B. 3 Rounds:
-20 KBS @ 32/24
-ME HSPU @ 3×45 / 2×45
-Rest 2:1

Notes: Each round should be completed AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. This week, “max effort HSPU” will mean that you perform HSPU until you can no longer perform HSPU without stopping. A short pause is OK, a 30-second “inverted rest” will not be OK.

C. For time (30/30 clock):
-20 Burpees Over Barbell
-40 C2B Pullups
-40 Pistols, alternating
-20 Hang Cleans @ 225/135

Notes: Set your clock to 30 seconds of work / 30 seconds of rest. You may only work during the work time and you MUST rest during the rest time.

    C) Got to the pistols and my right knee wasn’t having it. I think it was a form issue mostly, but rolled out my quads after class for a good 10 minutes, just in case.

    C) DNF capped at 15m. Got through 2 hang cleans at 135. Used rack to assist on Pistols

    c) 9:15 – struggle bus on the c2b, 12/8 on the hpc
