Our friend Mr. Ryan Ramos set a new Front Squat PR @ 300# this weekend (and unless I missed his birthday, Ryan is still only 18 years old). When I was 18… well – suffice it to say I wasn’t front squatting 300#. Congrats Ryan – keep up the strong work and look forward to seeing you soon!

Notes: Start a new round every 4 minutes on the 4 minutes. The transition between squat and sprint should be seamless – aka: very fast.
