You don’t get stronger in the gym. You get stronger outside the gym. This is a fact. What you do today will set you up for tomorrow. What you do tomorrow will set you up for next week. What will best prepare you for Regionals? My recommendation is more rest and more recovery.
Sleep. Hydrate. Eat well and smart. Meditate. Disconnect.
Stretch. Mobilize. Locomote. Row. Walk. Swim. Bike.
ART. Acupuncture. Yoga. Ice bath (or not). Epsom Salt bath.
You get the idea. 1:1 Recovery Ratio. Be responsible. Be an athlete.
