-80′ Yoke Walk – Moderate Weight, use this as yoke “practice”
-3 Candlestick Levers

Notes: The emphasis on the yoke walks should be on the start, the finish and the footwork as you move. Use a moderate weight.

    60s ME HS Walk – 166’4″ (judge made us do a 90s set first… got something like 250′, then had to do the 60s piece right after)
    90s ME MU – 17 (13UB)
    WOD 5x 12 P Clean, 6 S2OH @ 105 – 6:31 (go a BS no rep for split jerking during the 4th round, messed up my flow, judges were a little shaky)
    90s ME Rope Climb – 8
