Week 44 Training: 14.05.02

To be included in Warm-Up:

1 Minute to do 6 Wall Walks
Rest 1 Minute
1 Minute ME Nose & Toes HandStand Hold
Rest 1 Minute
1 Minute ME HS UB Walk (or 120′, whichever comes first)

INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES

A. Work up to 75%, then 7 minutes to establish a 1-RM Hang Snatch.

Notes: Use Regionals standards.

Rest 2 Minutes

B. 3 Minutes: ME UB HS Walk

Notes: Start over every time you come down. Measure each attempt in 5-ft increments.

REST 20 MINUTES

C. 21-15-9-6-3:

-Strict HSPU (34″/24″ box)
-Front Squat @ 195/125
-Bar-Facing Burpee

Notes: 20-minute cap.

TEAM ATHLETES

A. Thruster: 5×10 @ 135/95 – AFAP – E90S

Notes: Time each effort. 

REST EXACTLY 10 MINUTES

B. For Time:

-15 Muscle-Ups
-15 Clean & Jerks @ 135/95

Notes: 3-Minute Cap.

REST EXACTLY 10 MINUTES

C. 9-6-3:

-Strict HSPU
-Hang Power Clean @ 160/110
-Bar-Facing Burpees

    C) Subbed squats with row for calories and burpees with push-ups, didn’t time
