    A) 255 – lower back was a smokey treat today. Still recovering from the deadlifts i’m thinking
    B) 4:54~ (last time 5:06) – burpees were faster, but over all the HSPU were a bit slower (knocked out the first 9 unbroken and paid for it in the later rounds) – and the cleans were slower i’m guessing due to the back.
