B. Row 250m @ Regionals Pace, 50 DU

C. Row 500m @ Regionals Pace, 75 DU

D. 15 Pullups, 5 OHS @ 185/110

E. 15 Pullups, 5 OHS @ 185/110

F. HS Walk and RC Practice if you need it.

Notes: Take as much rest as you need between parts. If you are competing this weekend, do part of it, all of it or none of it. Do whatever you have to do to come into the weekend at 100%. Batteries at full.

    I have no idea about the times, I did take a 4 min rest between them
