As some of you may know, Ingrid is trying out at the NPFL Finals this week in Las Vegas. From what Kelly C told me today, she and Kyler “My Beard Will Straight Fuck You Up” Allison are killing it already; their team dominated the Monday match 17-13.
Is the NPFL good or bad? Will it contribute to or detract from CrossFit? Are the two things even competing against each other?
These are lots of the questions I hear around the NPFL as it relates to CrossFit and the Games. First, I guess we will have to see if the NPFL comes to fruition and becomes a real thing. From the looks of it, it will — but nothing is done until it’s done.
