20 Seconds ME Butterfly Pull-ups
40 Seconds Rest
40 Seconds ME Double Unders
20 Seconds Rest

C. Walk 800m + Foot and Calf Mobility Work

    B) Pullups – Somwhere between shitty and crappy. Needed grips to keep the sweat off my hands; DUs – Felt great. Didn’t count.
