Here’s the the best father, role model, and hero a boy could ask for. Thank you Dad: for loving me, supporting me and fighting for me. I’ll never be able to repay you, but I’m trying.

Week 10 Training: 14.10.10

A. 5×5: Floor Press – AHAP

B. EMOM x 10: 5 Strict Pull-ups

C. Partner WOD

3 Rounds for Time:

3 Shuttle Sprints (35′, 70′, 105′)
30 Wall-Balls (total)
30 Handstand Pushups (total)

Notes: For this WOD, you should move with your partner throughout. For the shuttle sprints, you must run with your partner: 35′ down and back, 70′ down and back, 105′ down and back. For the wall-balls, you will shoot the ball over a target 10′ high to your partner. For the partner HSPU, you will hold each others legs/feet while they perform their HSPU.

    B. Done. Only got a fat bar so grip changes things up a bit.

    C. Changed things up a little because I had no partner and felt bad I didnt have the time to swim wednesday. Did all three myself an added a prowler w/45lb push to match each sprint.
