3 Shuttle Sprints (35′, 70′, 105′)
30 Wall-Balls (total)
30 Handstand Pushups (total)
Notes: For this WOD, you should move with your partner throughout. For the shuttle sprints, you must run with your partner: 35′ down and back, 70′ down and back, 105′ down and back. For the wall-balls, you will shoot the ball over a target 10′ high to your partner. For the partner HSPU, you will hold each others legs/feet while they perform their HSPU.
