Sometimes drought. Sometimes flood.

Today was definitely a flood. Good things, all, but a flood nonetheless. When you find yourself in a time of drought, use the downtime to plan, to rest and to meditate. Prepare yourself for the flood.

When the flood comes, move. Move and don’t stop moving. Do and don’t stop doing. If you find your flow – don’t question it, just stay in that shit until your work is done.

Week 12: 14.10.21

A. E3M x 5 Rounds:

1 Clean Deadlift w/3-Count Pause at Knee
1 Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Jerk

Notes: Work to a max weight for the complex.

B. For Time:

20 Overhead Squat @ 185/125
20 Power Cleans @ 185/125

Notes: EMOM perform 20 Double-Unders.

C. 3 Rounds, Not For Time:

1 x Good Morning Matrix
7 x Barbell Rollout
