Week 13 Training: 14.10.27

A. EMOM x 5: 2 Front Squats, 3 Back Squats
*Treat this like you would a Bear Complex: Power Clean, then front squat x 2, then move the bar to your back and back squat x 3.

EMOM x 5: 2 Strict Pull-ups, 3 Bar Muscle-Ups
*Treat this as a pull-up complex: do not break between strict pull-ups and bar MU.

EMOM x 5: 3/3 Forward/Backward Lunges – Right Leg and Left Leg
*Hold the bar in the front rack position.

EMOM x 5: 10 Depth Pushups
*Use boxes – go as deep as you can on each rep.

B. 9 Rounds for Time:

9 KBS @ 32/24
9 Burpees

    A2) Switched to 1 pull-up + 3 MU after missing MU on the first, made the rest
    A3) 55/85×4
    A4) ~ 10/7/7/9/10

    A little Winchester wisdom got me through this one…”You will pass out before you die.” I used to think this but then I got Rabdo and it almost killed me!

    A2) did not get any bar MU. did 1 PU and 3 Bar MU attempts. I have done these in the past…can’t do them right now.
    A3) 95 – did 2 reps on set 4, 3 on all the others.
    A4) did all
    B) did 7 rounds.

    Bs – Ha – Redlined on the lunges and was no were close to recovered.

    Done tonight in the garage:
    A1) 225 across
    A2) 2 string ring pull ups and 3 ring MU
    A3) 135 across
    A4) 8/8/8/8/8 ring push ups with feet on 20″ box
    B) 8:43 – turned this into an emom and focused on breathing

    A.did this around noon. 225/235×3/245

    The rest was done this pm.
    Pull up/mus done no problem

    Lunges 185 across. Not sure if I went too heavy or did the wrong rep count. 3 left 3 right forward. 3 left 3 right backwards. Took about 45sec a rd. Last two I took a 1min rest between sets.

    Push up done on 45lb plate. Last set was a little struggle.

    B. 10:49. Almost quit. Almost.
