Minutes 10-15:
20 Back Squats @ Bodyweight
Row 200m

Minutes 15-20:
Row 200m
20 Shoulder to Overhead @ 155/105#

*Each round is to be performed AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Each set is for time. Rest for the remainder of each 5-minute set.
