I’ve had some great moments in my life.

Among them, I have to include: A) Seeing the CrossFit Jääkarhu t-shirt being worn proudly by so many people, and B) Seeing the Karhu Strength decal on so many cars as two of them.

Thank you to everyone who has shown support by text, phone call, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and in person. And special thanks, appreciation and love to our families and those who have joined our extended family at CrossFit Jääkarhu & Karhu Strength.
