Notes: You will have two scores. 1: Your 1K Time. 2: Your Burpee Broad Jump Distance. DO NOT sandbag the 1K. Go as hard. Then go hard on the BBJ. This is 7 minutes of suck. You have to go hard to learn how to go hard. Earn your fitness.
