Do you know the difference between your “training max” and your “all-time max”?

Week 16 Training: 14.11.22

A1. Deadlift: 3×8@74
A2. Bench Press: 3×8@74

Notes: The DL and BP do not have to be done unbroken, although if you can, do. More important is the total loading and volume accumulated. High-quality reps – be aware of how you’re moving. You should be using a training max for this DL/BP cycle. If you’re using your “all-time max”, you’re probably hurting right now. 

B. 10 Minute AMRAP:

30 Double Unders
15 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatch @ 65/45
30 Double Unders
15 Single-Arm Dumbbell Clean & Jerk @ 65/45

Notes: Take the DB Snatch from between the feet. Take the DB C&J from outside the feet.
