Tia Marie.

I have had the pleasure of coaching Tia for the past month or so. Tia is a top-tier runner here in Austin, and has her sights set on some very big things in 2015. Tia is a fan of hard work, and is used to putting in the miles and hard work necessary to dominate 5K’s. That work ethic translates very well into the gym, where we work on her strength and movement patterns to help her become a stronger, more efficient and more durable runner.
