A. Overhead Squat: 2 x MR @ .75% Bodyweight
Notes: Rest as needed between sets. You have two attempts at max unbroken reps. When you drop the bar or put it down, the set is over.
B. 10 x 2: 1 Muscle Up + 1 Ring Dip – E40S
Notes: Each set will be: MU + RD, MU + RD.
