What a year.

2014 was without a doubt one of the hardest and most rewarding of my life to date.

Week 22 Training: 14.12.31

A. Overhead Squat: 2 x MR @ .75% Bodyweight

Notes: Rest as needed between sets. You have two attempts at max unbroken reps. When you drop the bar or put it down, the set is over.

B. 10 x 2: 1 Muscle Up + 1 Ring Dip – E40S

Notes: Each set will be: MU + RD, MU + RD.

C. 5 Rounds, Each For Time:

Sprint 250′
10 Toes to Bar
10 KB Snatch R @ 24/16
10 KB Snatch L @ 24/16
Sprint 250′

Rest 1:1
