C. 10 minutes to complete 3 rounds for max reps:

Rest as needed
ME UB Kipping HSPU on 2×45 plates
Rest as needed

D. 2 Rounds for Time:
10 Thrusters @ 115/105
10 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
10 Push Press @ 115/105
10 Box Jumps@ 24/20″
50′ OH Walk Lunge @ 115/105
10 Box Jumps@ 24/20″

Notes: Mandatory step-down on box jumps.
