A. Pause Front Squat: 5×2@60

B1. Chest to Bar Pull-Up Ladder
Rest 4 Minutes
B2. Push-up Ladder
Rest 4 Minutes
B3. Kettlebell Swing Ladder @ 32/24

For the ladder pattern, perform one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

C. The Beep Test

D. 3 Rounds:

15 GHD Situps – As Fast As Possible
15 Weighted Hip Extensions – Weight: Light – Pace: 3030
