A. 10 Rounds – EMOM:
5 Kettlebell Swings @ 40/32kg
3 Front Squats @ 65%

B. For Time:

100 Pull-Ups

Rules: To begin, and every 2 minutes on the 2-minute mark: 10 deadlifts @ 225/155#.

C. For Time:

Strict Handstand Push-ups
Strict Ring Dips
Perfect Push-ups

D. Accessory Work

3 Rounds:

2/2 Common Lunge Matrix @ Dual 35/25# Dumbbells
15 GHD Situp + Rotation
15 Weighted Hip Extensions

Notes: Start a new movement every minute on the minute – stay on the clock.
