Week 24 Training: 15.01.17

A. Snatch: 10 Lifts. 1 lift EMOM. “0-100”

Notes: “0-100” means you will have 10 lifts. You will start with an empty bar, and then EMOM x 10 minutes you will perform 1 lift. Go as heavy as you can over the 10 lifts.

B. Clean and Jerk: 10 Lifts. 1 lift EMOM. “0-100”

Notes: “0-100” means you will have 10 lifts. You will start with an empty bar, and then EMOM x 10 minutes you will perform 1 lift. Go as heavy as you can over the 10 lifts.

C. Back Squat: 1×20-RM

Notes: Suggested starting weight for this week: 60%.

D. 4 Rounds for Time:

10 Deadlifts @ 155/105
5 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
8 Hang Power Cleans @ 155/105
5 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
6 Shoulder to Overhead @ 155/105
Rest Exactly 2 Minutes

Notes: MANDATORY step-down on the box jumps.
