Some old friends – some new friends. A great Saturday training session.

This weekend was one of the best of 2015 – good friends in town, lots of great training at CFJ and a restful Sunday of house-cleaning and Superbowl with friends. I could not ask for more.

1 Min ME Double-Unders
1 Min REST
